At Alfa Perfumes, your satisfaction matters to us. Because fragrances are personal and hygiene-sensitive, returns are limited to genuine issues as defined below.

1) Return / Replacement Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases, and will be processed as replacement (or store credit if replacement is unavailable):

Wrong item received (different product/variant than ordered)

Damaged, leaked or defective item on delivery

Missing items in the parcel

Expired product received

Mandatory: A continuous unboxing video from the time you open the sealed parcel (outer & inner packaging visible, shipping label & invoice shown clearly).
Without the unboxing video, we may be unable to verify and process the claim.

Time window: Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info.alfaperfumes@gmail.com with: Order ID, delivery date

Issue description

Unboxing video + clear photos of the product, invoice and outer packaging

Keep all original packaging (box, invoice, freebies) until your case is resolved.

2) Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened/used perfumes, partially used bottles, testers, samples

Items without original packaging/seals or with tampered serial/QR codes

Free gifts, gift cards, combo freebies

“Don’t like the fragrance” / “Fragrance doesn’t suit me” / personal preference issues

Note: Items bought during offers/sale are eligible only for replacement if damaged/wrong/defective, not for refunds.

3) Resolution & Refunds

After your request is approved, a reverse pickup is arranged within 3–5 working days (where serviceable).

Once received at our facility, a quality check is completed within 24–72 hours.

If approved, we ship a replacement or issue store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping/cod fees, if any).

Refunds are generally not provided; only replacements/store credit are offered.

A refund may be issued only if a suitable replacement is unavailable or the order is cancelled by us.

If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your pin code, you may be asked to ship the product back. Approved courier charges will be credited as store credit (share the receipt).

4) Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order is dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refusing delivery counts as a return, and two-way shipping/COD charges may be deducted from any store credit issued.

5) Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated delivery attempts, reshipment charges may apply.

Please report tampered packaging to the delivery agent and record it in your unboxing video.

6) Exchange Requests

Product exchanges (changing to another fragrance/variant) are not supported at this time.
