At Alfa Perfumes, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and secure. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways.

Payment Options

You can conveniently pay using:

UPI / Net Banking

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)

Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

Cash on Delivery (COD) — subject to availability & terms

All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay, and necessary transaction details (order value & billing info) may be shared with the gateway only for payment processing.

Pricing

All prices shown on the website are current at the time of purchase.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

GST, taxes, duties or region-based delivery surcharges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed:

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email/SMS/WhatsApp with your order details.

Orders cannot be modified after confirmation.

For COD orders, refusal of delivery without a valid reason may result in suspension of COD facility for future orders.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order — whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In rare cases, if we cancel the order due to stock or address/verification issues, you will be notified and a full refund (if prepaid) will be issued.
