We understand the excitement of receiving your perfumes.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (working days) are usually processed and shipped the same day

Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on non-working days will be dispatched within 48 working hours

Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on location

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp so you can track your package effortlessly in real time.

Our Commitment to You

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare case of an issue during shipping, we support replacements in the following cases:

  1. Manufacturing Defect
    If an item is defective, we will make it right.
  2. Incorrect Item Delivered
    If you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it promptly.
  3. Damage During Transit
    If your order arrives damaged, please share a proper unboxing video and we will assist with a replacement.
  4. COD Orders
    For Cash on Delivery orders, only replacements are offered (not refunds).

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped/dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
